Project Introduction
A large-scale Skill Development programme was being run across multiple states and in partnership with several NGOs, aimed at empowering underprivileged communities through vocational training, employment linkages, and entrepreneurship support. Running CSR at this scale — across diverse geographies and multiple implementation partners — presented significant governance challenges: fragmented data, manual reporting, limited real-time visibility, and difficulty tracking outcomes against investment. What was needed was a scalable, auditable, role-based system to centralize CSR data, standardize reporting, and ensure accountability at every level of the programme.
